Ed was an excellent project manager, overlooking all details and going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. He corrected any issues he came across, all on his own, taking the initiative. He was patient and focused on not only staying on schedule, but putting up with a present homeowner, as I was home most of the time. Not only did he do a great job, but was quite enjoyable to work with. I am sure he will confirm this!
Rick started working with Ed on a couple of occasions and then took over as project manager on the last project, the hall bath. He is also an excellent worker, keeping an eye on all steps in the process, making sure it was done on time and correctly. The entire experience was a pleasure AND he was very careful to clean up at the end of each day.

I chose Innovate Kitchens after laborious research on line, checking ratings, reviews and pictures of previous jobs. I give them an “A” or 5 star rating and would recommend them to anyone looking for one of the best kitchen and bath remodelers in the business. They refaced my kitchen cabinets (they look like new!) and replaced the counters, fixtures and flooring with trim. They also completely gutted my guest bath and refaced the cabinets in the master bath, with a complete remodel of the shower area. Both also had new floors. My neighbors visited frequently during the process and were very impressed with the quality of the work and timeliness of the process, even during the great snow fall! The subcontractors they use are some of the best I have ever seen. I sold new construction for 30 years and have seen a lot of contractors. These guys are simply great; from the tile install to the flooring and electrical, all in all, an exceptional group at Innovative Kitchens and Baths. They are booked out 6 months or so (which is how long I waited to begin my project), however it is worth the wait. Call these guys! You will be happy.
